This hillfort is 20 m high, with steep slopes of 35-40 degrees. The oval peak rising inside is about 30 m long and 20 m wide. A gray cultural layer can be seen on the eastern slope, while in the arable field to the northwest there are faint traces of a homestead, distinguished by its darker color. A molded clay shard with large stone fragments was found here. A utensil shard with a rough surface was found in a plowed field on the southern slope. There are great views from Vištytis Hillfort. The forest of Vištytgiris stretches to the east like a dark green belt, Vištytis Lake is situated within arm’s reach to the west, and the town of Vištytis can be seen in the distance.
